Disclaimer: the stars relate ONLY to The Venue as we were only there for a concert and not to gamble in the casino.
With that said, the actual sound in the Venue space was phenomenal.
There are 2 large screens on either side of the stage so you can get a closer look at the performers and there didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house.
It is an intimate venue where you feel kind of close to the performers.
The staff were ALL amazing - it was our first time there and they were all friendly, helpful, and smiling.
Parking in the garage was free and a nice added bonus.
The crowd was a blast for this show, too!
Soooo - Why the missing star?
We left and had to drive home to Indy smelling like an ashtray which was a bummer.
However, we loved the show so it wasn't a deal breaker - just unpleasant for me, personally.
Very nice venue for concerts.
No where in the venue could be apologise, palais de la mediterranee casino think a bad view.
Two very large screens and two balcony areas.
No smoking inside and great security measures to get in to ensure you're safe.
Can't wait to attend more concerts here in the future.
Went to see Chris Tucker, not one of my favorite comedians but his set was ok, I have to admit I did chuckle from time to time but not to the point I couldn't breath.
For my first time at The Venue I'm sure to return agin, the only complaint I have is that the 100 level seats didn't seem to be as comfortable as the level above.
The view of the stage is excellent and you can see the performers face and facial expression as if your watching them on TV BUT those seats are very uncomfortable to sit in for a long show and they close AS SHIT!!!
Bruh if you sitting next to someone like I was that's on the "plus side" shit some of HER ass was in my seat!
There is plenty of seating providing an excellent view of the stage, however if you are slightly off center or just further away from the stage you can enjoy the show on two huge screens which broadcast an up-close view of the stage so you don't miss anything.
Overall this is a great venue, the staff was friendly and showed us to our seats and the bartenders were fast and friendly too.
I wouldn't hesitate to see a show here again if given the opportunity.
I love seeing shows here.
Great acoustics, great variety of concerts, decent prices.
The stage is simple and decent.
U can get presale codes for concerts if u signup for a players card.
Easy access to get here by Skyway or locally.
Just a reminder to myself.
Balcony seats front row are excellent seats as far as viewing.
But they are kinda tight.
The good: - they are accessible for the low you can get here via free shuttles that pickup all over Chicago - they're inside a casino, so there's plenty to do if you get to the venue early.
The bad: - number one qualm is the bar is STUPID WHACK.
They are prohibited from making mixed drinks and the menu is limited af.
That has to be violating some kind of code.
Anyway, imagine hundreds of people getting out and trying to squeeze out of the two tiny exit options.
It was a mess.
Either leave a few minutes early, or sit at floor level or base 2.
All and all I'll be back, as many of my faves like to perform here.
Next time I'll try to persuade the squad to get presale tickets so we can be front row.
Get your parties booked!!!!
Great packages for all ocasions.
Had no idea the venue could be transformed into an awesome place for an unbelievable party.
Why did I go see them again for the 7th time?
Because the other six times were good.
Sound was source, too much bass drowning out the guitars and voice.
Blinding spotlight flashing from over the band into the crowd.
And the drinks are of course over priced.
Will not go back and tell the sound man Styx is not a rap band so turn down the bass.
Really nice concert venue.
Comfy seats, good views, intimate without being too small.
They get some pretty big name entertainers.
There are a couple bars in the concert hall and a fuller bar in the lobby.
The restrooms were nice.
The bad part is having to walk thru the smoky casino to get to the venue.
Although there is no smoking in the theater, and the theater does not at all smell like smoke, the walk left that nasty stale casino smoke smell in our clothes.
Went to see Salute to the 60's with the Grass Roots, Buckinghams and Herman's Hermits.
First, about the show.
The Venue is an amazing place for a concert.
You can see everything from any seat in the house.
It's just a matter of how close you want to get to the performers.
We sat in the floor seats in the 10th row and you could not ask for a better view.
The sound was amazing, loud as to be expected from a rock concert but clear as a bell.
Peter Noone is a performer you should see at least once in you lifetime.
He puts on a great show, as well as the talented musicians backing him.
What can you say about the Buckinghams, always a good time.
The Grass Roots opened the show and were good also.
Some reviewers have mentioned the parking situation during show days.
We did not experience any delays at all.
There is plenty of parking in the well lit and safe parking facility.
We took the elevator to the Casino level then another elevator ride to the Horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings location.
The Venue at the Horseshoe is easy to get to, easy to park and the Venue is a terrific place to see a horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings concert.
I was in a vip suite for the Nas concert our in room host was Charles.
He was awesome, amazing customer service, complete gentleman very attentive and professional.
If I were given an option I'd absolutely go back and request Charles.
Drink options were great.
Honestly I've had better.
But customer service saved this for me.
I may have mixed feelings about the casino, but the Venue is as awesome as it gets.
Every seat is comfortable with an excellent view of the stage.
The sound system is booming.
The auditorium is perfectly climate controlled.
And if you want to buy a cold pint of beer, you can do that too.
They manage to draw some pretty https://festes.ru/casino/canfield-casino-saratoga-ny.html acts at reasonable ticket prices, so if you want a nice night out without dealing with exorbitant ticket prices, this is your spot.
If I could give The Venue Horseshoe Casino negative stars, I would!!!
I had a terrible experience the night of the Jill Scott concert.
It began with parking which was an absolute nightmare.
No one to assist with hundreds of cars merging into one lane to enter the casino's property, which caused very long delays and continue reading people to run a red lights just to make it onto the ramp to get to the casino's parking garage.
Once we parked, we made our way through the casino to get to the Venue.
When we made it up the escalator, there was a worker informing guest that if tickets were on your phone that you must go to the box office to print out your tickets.
So, we walk over to the box office to print my tickets.
We were in the line for no more than 5 minutes and I hear from another concert goer, not an employee of the Venue, that if tickets are on your phone that you could go straight to the door.
We walk to the door and I show the attendant my two tickets for the concert and she lets us in.
NO ONE WAS SCANNING TICKETS FOR THE CONCERT TO ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF TICKETS!!!
Despite this, we continue to find our seats, that's when an usher approached us and offered to take us to our seats.
We get to our seats only to find someone else sitting there.
The usher asks them for their tickets and strangely enough these people have printed tickets for the same seats.
So then we had to wait, while Idea joa casino argeles sur mer And, for at least 15 minutes for a manager to show up.
When the manager shows up, she speaks with the usher and he explains the situation.
She asks the usher for my ID, never approaching me to ask herself or to acknowledge us.
I hand the usher my ID, he then gives it to his manager.
She then asks the people sitting in our seat, directly, for their tickets and ID.
I hear her tell the two women in our seats to come with her.
She then walks to me hands me my ID and phone and asks me if I resold my tickets.
I reply no, she then walks off with the women trailing her.
While during our very brief conversation, I could see the printed tickets from the women sitting in our seats in the manager's hand and on those tickets were my name.
How these women got my tickets I have no clue, other than to speculate that someone if not one of them hacked my Ticketmaster account.
But given the extent of the situation, I was put off by the fact that the manager never acknowledged me during the situation other than to ask me if I resold my tickets.
Which doesn't make sense because their tickets had my name on them, which I would think should show ownership, right?
No apology, no explanation regarding what would happen with those people that were in possession of MY tickets, the manager didn't take down my information to follow up with me later, nothing.
She said nothing to me other than to ask me if I resold my tickets.
I don't even know if it could have been possible to file a report with police due to the fact that someone else stole my tickets to begin with.
However in the moment, I didn't stop to ask to request to speak with the manager again because I was there to see a great show and I didn't want to miss it by waiting for the manager to show up again.
Unfortunately, we couldn't even enjoy the entire show because roughly 30 minutes into Jill's set, there was a power outage and the remainder of the show was cancelled.
I called The Venue earlier this afternoon a business day later to speak with a manager or anybody in power for that matter, for two reasons.
My first reason was in an effort to receive an apology regarding my experience.
My second reason was to gain more insight about what happen to the women that were in my seats.
But, I ended up speaking with the manager of the Box Office only to be disappointed again.
I explain to her what happen last night and all I got were excuses in return and still no apology for the terrible experience.
This manager takes down my information to leave a message for Katie, the manager that was on duty.
She tells me that their ticket readers where down the entire night due to an earlier power outage, so no one had their tickets scanned.
She also told me that she heard of the situation and said that the women were escorted from the casino altogether.
She then told me she doesn't know what more compensation I wanted because the Venue did everything they were supposed to do.
I explained to her that I wasn't looking for any compensation just an explanation or an apology for my experience.
Maybe even a coupon to make sure I return to the business.
Anything that showed me that they appreciated my patronage and wanted to keep my business in the future.
But I feel like all I have gotten in return thus far, are excuses.
Needless to say, I'm 100% sure that I will not be returning to the Horseshoe Casino or the Venue in the future.
My advice to others is to avoid this place at all costs.
This was my first time at the Venue.
I went to see Alice Cooper.
I was happy to find the drive is easy from the Chicagoland area.
Parking is plentiful and free or you can have your car Valet parked.
go here Casino it's easy to get upstairs to the Venue.
The casino staff was friendly and helpful, even walked with us right to the Venue.
Once inside the theatre I was surprised to find out how large the space is and how great the seats are.
I don't think there is a bad seat in the place.
Security was on top of things and the staff did a great job of getting everyone into their seats quickly.
The Venue has two large screens that allow you to see everything.
My ears were ringing!
Everything a girl loves about a concert!
Oh and Alice, he was awesomeness!
It's a nice little venue.
Their lineup is usually pretty good.
I also like the fact that it's on the 2nd floor of the casino, so you don't have to worry about all the slot machine noise, as the only other things on the floor are pretty much a few slot machines and a buffet restaurant.
Just make sure you buy tickets for whomever you want to see as soon as they go on sale, as tickets can sell out fast due to the somewhat limited seating capacity.
Saw Patti LaBelle this past Friday.
Venue was nice sound system was perfect.
Patti or course was pure awesomeness.
What's SUCKS about the venue is the house lights were never turned all the way down and people never stopped arriving late and causing share chinook winds casino in oregon are talking out loud and saying hi to others while they sat.
There were also many seating issues where people were removed from seats so others could sit in the same seats.
There's some overbooking or fraudulent ticket sales going on here.
The cigarette smoke was a little nauseating.
Another bump for the Horseshoe Casino.
I came back to the venue this past weekend for the Amazing Race season 16 casting call and got to see how nice, organized, and clean the place was from the good seats and in good lighting.
There really aren't any bad seats.
It's easy to see the stage from anywhere and the seats are really comfy with the arm rest that folds up so you can snuggle.
I hope some of my faves start making their rounds at the Horseshoe.
Beware of the sections in the corner on the floor.
The subwoofers are VERY LOUD and they sit in the corners of the stage on the floor.
Other than london grosvenor casino victoria, its a great venue, with great staff.
Stinks you have to walk through smoky casino.
I really enjoyed The Venue and think it has a perfect layout for fans when they want to experience a more intimate atmosphere from the usual ampitheaters.
I came here with my cousin to check out an artist we mutually adore and we both left in agreement it was one of the best concert atmospheres we've experienced.
Seating was close to the stage and two large screens were mounted where everyone in the place, even the balcony, was able to maintain a good view.
The sound was perfect, the staff helpful when needed to help people find their seats, and the house was packed yet not chaotic at all.
Familiar was absolutely incredible, the cast was hilarious and engaging and the…" Amy D.
I cannot praise the staff and teachers enough for their hard work, dedication and love for what they do - working with these kids.
As good as it gets!

Much nicer than I was expecting for Indiana.
Sorry, Indiana, but you know what I'm talking about.
I went to see Joel McHale yes, the guy from The Soup here last weekend and really enjoyed it.
The casino was packed on this particular Saturday night and we were running a little late typical for me and I forgot my cell phone to warn friends of my lateness- not the casino's fault but our lateness wasn't helped by the casino parking garage, the slow and scarce elevators, and that The Venue is pretty far from any entrance.
The Venue, itself, was really nice though.
The place was really clean, had fresh oxygen pumping in, was easy to see and hear everything, even from the very last row where we satand wasn't too expensive.
I guess it really depends on how big the star is and how terribly badly you want to see them.
One other negative was that it's really a pain to get in and out of the venue with minimal elevators, escalators, and stairs.
God forbid there be some sort of fire while in this place because you'll all be goners.

I came here with my cousin to check out an artist we mutually adore and we both left in agreement it was one of the best concert atmospheres we've experienced.
Seating was close to the stage and two https://festes.ru/casino/silversands-casino-promocode.html screens were mounted where everyone in the place, even the balcony, was able to maintain a good view.
The sound was perfect, the staff helpful when needed to help people find their seats, and the house was packed yet not chaotic at all.

Disclaimer: the stars relate ONLY to The Venue as we were only there for a concert and not to gamble in the casino.
With that said, the actual https://festes.ru/casino/casino-cruise-goa.html in the Venue space was phenomenal.
There are 2 large screens on either side of the stage so you can get a closer look at the performers and there didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house.
It is an intimate venue where you feel kind of close to the performers.
The staff were ALL amazing - it was our first time there and peppermill casino address were all friendly, helpful, and smiling.
No where in the venue could be considered a bad view.
I wouldn't hesitate horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings see a show here again if given the opportunity.
Sound was awful, too much bass drowning out the guitars and voice.
We visit web page in the floor seats in the 10th row and you could not ask for a better view.
We took the elevator to the Casino level then another elevator ride to the Venue location.
The Venue at the Horseshoe is easy to get to, easy to park and the Venue is a terrific place to see a great concert.
https://festes.ru/casino/casino-santa-rosa-espectaculos.html was in a vip suite for the Nas concert our in room host was Charles.
They manage to draw some pretty great acts at reasonable ticket prices, so if you want a nice night out without dealing with exorbitant ticket prices, this is your spot.
If I could give The Venue Horseshoe Casino negative stars, I would!!!
I had a terrible experience the night of the Jill Scott concert.
It began with parking which was an absolute nightmare.
No one to assist with hundreds of cars merging into one lane to enter the casino's property, which caused very long delays and several people to run a red lights just to make it onto the ramp to get to the casino's parking garage.
So then we had to wait, while STANDING, for at least 15 minutes for a manager to show up.
When the manager shows up, she speaks with the usher and he explains the situation.
She asks the usher for link ID, never approaching me to ask herself or to acknowledge us.
Unfortunately, we couldn't even enjoy the in az show casino in louisiana tx roughly 30 minutes into Jill's set, there was a power outage and the remainder of the show was cancelled.
Once inside the Casino it's easy to get upstairs to the Venue.
What's SUCKS about the venue is the house lights were never turned all the way down and people never stopped arriving late and causing interruptions talking out loud and saying hi to others while they sat.
There were horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings many seating issues where people were removed from seats so others could sit in the same seats.
Other than that, its a great venue, with great staff.
Stinks you have to walk through smoky casino.
I really enjoyed The Venue and think it has a perfect layout for fans when they want to experience a more intimate atmosphere from the usual ampitheaters.
I came here with my cousin to check out an artist we mutually adore and we both left in agreement it casino kent ace hire one of the best concert atmospheres we've experienced.

I cannot praise the staff and teachers enough for their hard work, dedication and love for what they do - working with these kids.

God forbid there be some https://festes.ru/casino/casino-en-ligne-avec-neteller.html of fire while in this place because you'll all be goners.

No where in the venue could be considered a bad view.
The view of the stage is excellent and https://festes.ru/casino/prive-casino-login.html can see the performers face and facial expression as if your watching them on TV BUT those seats are very uncomfortable to sit in for a long show and they close AS SHIT!!!
Next horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings I'll try https://festes.ru/casino/westin-casino-aruba.html persuade the squad to get presale tickets so we can be front row.
Get your parties booked!!!!
Great packages for all ocasions.
Had no idea the venue could be transformed into an awesome place for an unbelievable party.
Why did I go see them again for the 7th time?
Because the other six times were good.
Sound was awful, too much bass drowning out the guitars and voice.
There are a couple bars in the concert hall and a fuller bar in the casino tholonet telephone drive />The restrooms were nice.
We sat in the floor seats in the 10th row and you could not ask for a better casino sayings invitations />The sound was amazing, loud as to be expected from a rock concert but clear as a bell.
We took the elevator to the Casino level then another elevator ride to the Venue location.
The Venue at the Horseshoe is easy to get to, easy to park and the Venue is a terrific place to see a great concert.
I was in a vip suite for the Nas concert our in room host was Charles.
He was awesome, amazing customer service, complete gentleman very attentive and professional.
If I were given an option I'd absolutely go back and request Charles.
Drink options were great.
Honestly I've had better.
But customer service saved this for link />I may have mixed feelings about the casino, but the Venue is as awesome as it gets.
visit web page seat is comfortable with an excellent view of the stage.
The sound system is booming.
The auditorium is perfectly climate controlled.
And if you want to buy a cold pint of beer, you can do that too.
So then we had to wait, while STANDING, for at least 15 minutes for a manager to show up.
When the manager shows up, she speaks with the usher and he explains the situation.
She then told me she doesn't know what more compensation I wanted you venetian casino security was the Venue did everything they were supposed to do.
I explained to her that I wasn't looking for any compensation just an explanation or an apology for my experience.
Maybe even a coupon to make sure I return to the business.
Anything that showed me horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings they appreciated my patronage and wanted to keep my business in the future.
Once inside the Casino it's easy to get upstairs to the Venue.
What's SUCKS about the venue is the house lights were never turned all the way down and people never stopped arriving late and causing interruptions talking out loud and saying hi to others while they sat.
There were also many seating issues where people were removed from seats so others could sit in the same seats.
There's some overbooking or fraudulent ticket sales going on here.
The cigarette smoke was a little nauseating.
Another bump for the Horseshoe Casino.
I came back to the venue this past weekend for the Amazing Race season 16 casting call and got to see how nice, organized, and clean the place was from the good seats and in good horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings />There really aren't any bad seats.
Other than that, its a great venue, with great staff.
Stinks you have to walk through smoky casino.
I really enjoyed The Venue and think it has a perfect layout for fans when they want to experience a more intimate atmosphere from the usual ampitheaters.

The Grass Roots opened the show and were good also.
Some reviewers have mentioned the parking situation during show days.
We did not experience any delays at all.
There is plenty of parking in the well lit and safe parking facility.
We took the elevator to the Casino level then another elevator ride to the Venue location.
The Venue at the Horseshoe is easy to get to, easy to park and the Venue is a terrific place to see a great concert.

We walk to https://festes.ru/casino/kingston-casino-debate.html door and I show the attendant my two tickets for the concert and she lets us in.
NO ONE WAS SCANNING TICKETS FOR THE CONCERT TO ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF TICKETS!!!
Despite this, we continue to find our seats, that's when an usher approached us and offered to take us to our seats.
We get to our just click for source only to find someone else sitting there.
The usher asks them for their tickets and strangely enough these people have printed tickets for the same seats.
So then we had to wait, while STANDING, for at least 15 minutes for a manager to show up.
When the manager shows up, she speaks with the usher casino nc he explains the situation.
How these women got my tickets I have no clue, other than to speculate horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings someone if not one of them hacked my Ticketmaster account.
But given the extent of the situation, I was put off by the fact that the manager never acknowledged me during the situation other than to ask me if I resold my tickets.
Which doesn't make sense because their tickets had my name on them, which I would think should show ownership, right?
No apology, no explanation regarding what would happen with those people that were in possession of MY more info, the manager didn't take down my information to follow up with me later, nothing.
I explained to her that I wasn't looking for any compensation just an explanation or an apology for horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings experience.
Maybe even a coupon to make sure I return to the business.

Sorry, Indiana, but you know what I'm talking about.
I went to see Joel McHale yes, the guy from The Soup here last weekend and really enjoyed it.
The casino was packed on this particular Saturday night and we were running a little late typical for me and I forgot my cell phone to warn friends of my https://festes.ru/casino/venetian-casino-jobs.html not the casino's fault but our lateness wasn't helped by the casino parking garage, the slow and scarce elevators, and that The Venue is pretty far from any entrance.
The Venue, itself, was really nice though.
The place was really clean, had fresh oxygen pumping in, was easy to see and hear everything, even from the very last row where we satand wasn't too expensive.
I guess it really depends on how big the star is and how terribly badly you want to see them.
One other negative was that it's really a please click for source to get in and out casino estoril lisbon the venue with minimal elevators, escalators, and stairs.

Disclaimer: the stars relate ONLY to The Venue as we were only there for a concert and not to gamble in the casino.
With that said, the actual sound in the Venue space was similar casinos in halifax ns sorry />There are 2 large screens on either side of the stage so you can get a closer look at the performers and there didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house.
No where in the venue could be considered a bad view.
Either casino vote in maine a few minutes early, or sit at floor level or base 2.
Sound was awful, too much bass drowning out the guitars and voice.

No where in the venue could be considered a bad view.
Two very large screens and two balcony areas.
No smoking inside and great security measures to get in to ensure you're safe.
Can't wait to attend more concerts here in the future.

Why did I go see them again for the 7th time?
Because the other six times were good.
Sound was awful, too much bass drowning out the guitars and voice.
Blinding spotlight flashing from over the band into the crowd.
And the drinks are of course over priced.
Will not go back and tell the sound man Styx is not a rap band so turn down the bass.

Comfy seats, good views, intimate without being too small.
They get some pretty big name entertainers.
There are a couple bars in the concert hall and a fuller bar in the lobby.
The restrooms horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings nice.
The bad part is having to walk thru the smoky casino to get to the venue.
Although there is no smoking in the theater, and the theater does not at all smell like smoke, the walk left that nasty stale casino smoke smell in our clothes.

We took the elevator to the Casino level then another elevator ride to the Venue location.
The Venue at legal france casino Horseshoe is easy to get to, easy to park and the Venue is a terrific place to see a great concert.

So then we had to wait, while STANDING, for at least 15 minutes for a manager to show up.
When the manager shows up, she speaks with the usher and he explains the situation.
I called The Venue earlier this afternoon a business day later to horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings with a manager or anybody in power for that matter, for two reasons.
She then told me she doesn't know what more https://festes.ru/casino/casino-luxor-egypt.html I wanted because the Venue did everything they were supposed to do.

I went to see Alice Cooper.
I was happy to find the drive is easy from the Chicagoland area.
Parking is plentiful and free or you can have your car Valet parked.
Once inside the Casino it's easy to get upstairs to the Venue.

Their lineup is usually pretty good.
I also like the fact that it's on the 2nd floor infiltration silver coast dialogue casino the casino, so you don't have to worry about all the slot machine noise, as the only other things on the floor are pretty much a few slot machines and a buffet restaurant.
Just make sure you buy tickets for whomever you want to see as soon as they go on sale, as tickets can sell out fast due to the somewhat limited seating capacity.

Patti or course was pure awesomeness.
What's SUCKS about the venue is the house lights were never turned all the way down and people never stopped arriving late and causing interruptions talking out loud and saying hi horseshoe casino hammond indiana weddings others while they sat.
There were also many seating issues where people were removed from seats so others could sit in the same seats.
There's some overbooking or fraudulent ticket sales going on here.
